Here is a frank and honest review. It would be easy to find someone that could greatly discount their commission to get your business. There is an old adage, you get what you pay for. I am so incredibly grateful that Amy was my Realtor® for so many reasons. First off, she knew exactly what to do in terms of staging my house. Second, she made a difficult process (I had been in my house for 25 years) less difficult. I won't say easy, but definitely easier. Third, her marketing, including materials, were the best I had ever seen. Fourth, she's great to work with. And last, and this is the most important, I'm sure she got the maximum value for my house.
