From the initial interview through the close of escrow both Amy and her team communicated regularly and I was aware of where we were in the process every step of the way. From the moment a listing agreement is signed Amy and her team take over with cleaning, staging, listing, open houses, etc. Amy oversaw all minor upgrades undertaken such as painting, carpet, hauling, etc and I found her contractors to be quick, thorough, and very reasonable. Lastly and probably most importantly, Amy marketed the property in a manner that developed a sizable list of bidders and we ultimately accepted an offer that definitely exceeded my expectations.
