About Paula Wells

As the McCafferty Team’s Transaction Coordinator, Paula is responsible for processing paperwork, managing deadlines, and communicating with all parties involved. She is a skillful organizer and always has her eye on the escrow calendar. Once Amy and Eric have a listing signed, Paula opens escrow and creates the seller disclosure package for the new client. With the oversight of Amy and Eric, the seller disclosures are completed and submitted to Paula. Working closely with the Team, Paula organizes the listing file, ensuring all the necessary disclosures and advisories are included for a complete disclosure package. Once the property is in contract, Paula audits the file and ensures all necessary paperwork is signed by all parties. During escrow, Paula reviews and monitors the process continuously checking with Amy and Eric on the timeline and close date.
