About Emily Self

Emily is responsible for facilitating the preparation process of getting the Amy McCafferty Team's listings ready for sale. Following the outline detail, Emily goes to work creating a project worksheet, following the timeline established. Emily schedules all appointments with the approved trades and marketing vendors for bids and creates a project calendar. During the preparation process, Emily manages the calendar and adjusts the vendors as needed to meet the launch date deadline. Emily works closely with Amy, Eric, and Alex coordinating the inspection appointments and receiving inspections reports for the team to review. Emily oversees the print advertising and information entered on the Sotheby’s Elevate platform and Multiple Listing Service, ensuring the correct property information is published, highlighting the desirable characteristics and showcasing the best photography.
